Benjamin Khabie

CEO

Benjamin Khabie is a seasoned litigator with ten years of legal experience including several years as a courtroom attorney. Mr. Khabie has handled multi-million dollar high-stakes litigation before several state and federal judges. Mr. Khabie has worked for some of the top law firms in the country including Morrison & Foerster based out of San Francisco and Robins, Kaplan based out of Minneapolis.

Mr. Khabie leverages his experience in law to provide tremendous support for his clients in the sports industry. He fights for his sports clients with the same fervor, diligence, and tenacity as does for corporations in courtrooms. Mr. Khabie’s first job in sports was working for former NCAA star, NBA player and current commentator, Len Elmore. Mr. Khabie began his career as a sports agent working for Hall of Fame coach Gene Keady.

Mr. Khabie is currently a member of the New York State Bar, the Minnesota State Bar, the Federal Bar, the American.

Ryan Larkin

NBA Agent/Recruitment

Raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Ryan fell in love with sports from birth. Growing up, Ryan watched his father, Byron, become Xavier University’s all-time leading scorer followed by several successful years playing professional basketball overseas and his Uncle, Barry, completed a Hall of Fame baseball career with the Cincinnati Reds. Ryan believes he too can make a positive impact on the sports community like so many others in his life have done.

Ryan obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting with an individualized concentration in Sports Management from the University of Cincinnati in 2008. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School in 2011. He is a Certified Player Agent with the NBPA.

Ryan is also active in Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association and enjoys mentoring youth through various non-profit organizations. Armed with years of formal education and training including contract research, writing, and negotiation experience Ryan is eager for the opportunity to facilitate others’ life-long dreams coming true. Ryan’s biggest goal is to assist athletes to maximize their earning potential and create generational wealth for their families.

Mia Chamberlain

MLB Agent/Development

Mia is a legal professional from Greensboro, North Carolina and a General Certified MLBPA Agent. Growing up in a family of athletes shaped her many experiences into a profound appreciation for the world of sports. Miss Chamberlain studied Communication Media at North Carolina State University and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Elon University School of Law where she was the recipient of the prestigious David Gergen Award. She is currently completing her MBA at Elon.

Mia worked in Business and Legal Affairs for the Atlantic Coast Conference throughout law school. Mia’s specialties include Contract Negotiations, Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships. Mia is actively attaining, negotiating and contracting endorsement deals, personal appearances, and speaking engagements for clients.

Mia is well-versed in working with high-profile artists, athletes, and corporate leads, with extensive contacts across the sports industry and beyond.

Matt Givens

NBA Agent/Attorney

Matthew Givens is an energetic and intelligent agent/attorney with a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience in the sports industry. As a licensed agent with both the NBA and FIBA, Mr. Givens is eligible to represent professional basketball players all over the world. He also handles all contractual negotiations on behalf of Vision Quest, protecting clients from any legal issues and liabilities. Mr. Givens began his legal career with the Business and Legal Affairs department at CAA Sports in New York City. During his tenure with CAA Sports, Mr. Givens handled multi-million dollar endorsement and sponsorship agreements for some of the world’s top athletes, coaches, and broadcasters (LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Tony Romo, Derek Jeter, Ryan Braun).

Mr. Givens graduated magna cum laude from Oklahoma State University and cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. He is currently a member of the Florida State Bar, the Sports Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association’s Entertainment and Sports Law Society and the recipient of many awards throughout his legal career.
