Raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Ryan fell in love with sports from birth. Growing up, Ryan watched his
father, Byron, become Xavier University’s all-time leading scorer followed by several successful years playing professional basketball overseas and his Uncle, Barry, completed a Hall of Fame baseball career with the Cincinnati Reds. Ryan believes he too can make a positive impact on the sports community like so many others in his life have done.

Ryan obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting with an individualized concentration in Sports Management from the University of Cincinnati in 2008. Finally, he earned a Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School in 2011. He is a Certified Player Agent with the NBPA.

Ryan is also active in Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association and enjoys mentoring youth through various non-profit organizations. Armed with years of formal education and training including contract research, writing, and negotiation experience Ryan is eager for the opportunity to facilitate others’ life-long dreams coming true. Ryan’s biggest goal is to assist athletes to maximize their earning potential and create generational wealth for their families.
